The Penny Longo Memorial 8th Annual Golf Tournament 2024
The Penny Longo Memorial Golf Tournament is set for Monday, August 5th, 2024 at Diamond Hawk Golf Course. We will have an 11 AM shotgun start with registration to begin at 9:30 AM. The tournament includes lunch at The Hawk, a buffet dinner/open bar, and an ice cream truck after golf! Golfers will also enjoy the use of golf carts, along with complimentary drinks and snacks during the tournament. Dinner’s entertainment will consist of a prize ceremony, live music, Chinese & Silent Auctions, and raffle giveaways!
Proceeds from the tournament go directly to Buffalo PS 30, Frank A. Sedita Academy, and the Buffalo PS Pre-K programs, where Penny worked for 25+ years. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to Hospice Buffalo to provide care and comfort to patients and their families as well as other local charities with a similar mission.
Overall, we have raised over $60,000 towards educational initiatives, including new personalized school uniforms, field trips, school supplies, gifts, books, gross motor equipment, and much more! With your help, we can continue to provide elementary students with a positive school experience and a lifelong love of learning! Event Schedule:

11 AM – Shotgun Start (Scramble Format)
No later than 5:30 PM – Dinner and Entertainment
Event Packages:
•Golfing & Dinner – $125 (per person) *BEFORE July 20th (If you pay after July 20th the price will increase to $150 per golfer. This is done to speed up the check-in process in the morning and to take a little pressure off of our outstanding volunteers. By putting in a 4-month heads up, hopefully, this won't catch anybody off guard. Thank you!)
•Dinner Only – $40 (per person)
Sponsorship & Donation Opportunities:
•Gold Sponsor ($1,000) You will receive a complimentary four-some to participate in the golf tournament that day. Your company’s logo/slogan and message will be added to the gift items passed out to all golfers, displayed on the banner upon arrival, presented on one of the holes, included in the brochure, & mentioned at the dinner.
•Drink Cart Sponsor ($500) You will receive advertising on the drink cart(s) driving around keeping the golfers hydrated during the tournament as well as your company logo in the tournament program
•Hole Sponsor ($100) You will receive a custom sign on one hole, complete with your company logo or slogan, and a message! You will also be acknowledged in the brochure and at the dinner the following golf.
•Gift Baskets, Gift Cards & Merchandise/ Items: Names will be mentioned on brochures and at dinner. *Any quantity and value are appreciated
